Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) competitive tendering and procurement process for the delivery of the Offenders’ Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) from August 2009 to July 2014.
A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) was launched on 31 January 2008 with the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) being uploaded onto the LSC’s e-tendering system, Bravo. Expressions of Interest are invited from organisations to manage and deliver the integrated Offenders’ Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) for offenders throughout the duration of their sentences.
