The external evaluation of the Engage Development Partnership is now available. Part funded by EQUAL, a European Community Initiative, the project ran from December 2006 to March 2008 and tested a range of innovative ways of improving the skills and employability of offenders in order to break the cycle of re-offending. A key element of the project was to engage with employers as an integral part of the process.
The report considers both the process and impact of the project and outlines the key findings of the projects undertaken.
